I know I don’t know you or your situation really but I wanted to let you know that I went through something very similar this summer. My brother died at the age of 35 in his sleep. He left behind a wife and two kids. It is the hardest thing I have ever dealt with. But it does get better little by little. And it did help me to write about it. Eventually. When I was ready. Pretty crappy tbh Ed. We haven’t had the cremation yet, that’ll be Monday. The coroner came back with an ‘inconclusive’ cause, so it’s all a bit shit at the mo with no answers.
